Take-Two Interactive is pushing back the release of Rockstar Games' action title Max Payne 3. Originally planned for release in mid-2010, the publisher revealed in a financial results statement the next chapter in the series has been pushed out of their fiscal year 2010 schedule, which ends October 31. The game is being developed by Rockstar's Vancouver studio, which worked on the game Bully.
Max Payne 3 is an upcoming third-person shooter video game is developed by Rockstar Vancouver and will be published by Rockstar Games for Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. This is the first game in the series not to be developed by Finnish game developer Remedy Entertainment and not being written by series creator Sam Lake. The game was originally scheduled for release in late 2009.
