Kingston Launches HyperX Clocked RAM

Kingston Technology today announced it has developed the fastest DDR3 triple-channel, Intel-certified memory in the world. Running at 2333MHz, Kingston’s HyperX triple-channel DDR3 memory kit (Kingston part #: KHX2333C9D3T1FK3/6GX) gained Intel XMP certification on the Core i7 platform. The 2333MHz kit runs at 9-11-9-27 timings at 1.65 volts and is priced at $543 for a 6GB memory kit and $369 for a 3GB memory kit with the HyperX fan. Kingston achieved the feat on an X58 system consisting of the Intel Core i7-980X processor and ASUS P6X58D Premium motherboard.
